আইইএমপি কুপল(আলমাজ-এন্টেনি এয়ার ডিফেন্স কর্পোরেশনের একটি অংশ)পাচবছরেরও বেশি সময় যাবত পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের সরঞ্জাম প্রস্তুত করছে। রিসার্কুলেশন প্লান্টগুলো অত্যন্ত উচ্চ প্রযুক্তি সম্পন্ন পন্য, এর মাধ্যমে পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ প্রযুক্তি শিল্প আরো শক্তিশালী হবে।
প্লান্টগুলো এমন ভাবে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে যেনো পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের অভ্যন্তরে একটি নির্দিষ্ট তাপমাত্রা বজায় রাখতে পারে। এরা কন্টেইনমেন্ট এরিয়া তে, অর্থাৎ মেইন কন্টেইমেন্ট এরিয়াতে যেখানে রিয়াক্টর থাকে, সেখানে এটি রিয়াক্টর অপারেশনের জন্যে প্রয়োজনীয় শীতল বাতাস সরবরাহ করে। এই প্লান্টে একটি ফ্যান, এয়ার কুলার কানেক্টর এবং এদের মাঝখানে একটি কনফুউজর থাকে।
প্লান্টগুলোর প্রত্যেকটি অংশ কে আলাদা আলাদা ভাবে প্যাকেজ হিসেবে পাঠানো হয়েছে। এই সরঞ্জামের জন্যে প্রয়োজনীয় দলিলপত্র একটি বর্গাকার বাক্সে পাঠানো হয়েছে যার ওজন ১৫০ কেজি।
সার্কুলেশন প্লান্টগুলোকে ইজেভেস্ক সমুদ্র বন্দর থেকে গত সপ্তাহে সেন্ট পিটার্সবার্গ পাঠানো হয়েছে। ইজেভেস্কের এই সরঞ্জামগুলোকে বাংলাদেশের চট্টগ্রাম সমুদ্র বন্দরে পৌছতে সমুদ্র একটা লম্বা পথ পাড়ি দিতে হবে। রিসার্কুলেশন প্লান্ট গুলোকে ওয়াটারপ্রুফ বক্সের মধ্যে প্যাক করা হয়। এই বিশেষ বক্স গুলোকে শুধুমাত্র এই ধরনের সরঞ্জামের জন্যেই নকশা করা হয়।
ভ্যান এ ইএস প্রকল্পের ( পারমাণবিক বিদ্যুৎ প্রকল্পের সরঞ্জামের গবেষণা ও অর্ডার প্রস্তুত করে থাকেন), ব্যবস্থাপক আন্দ্রে পেস্তভ, বলেন আমরা রাষ্ট্রীয় কর্পোরেশন রোসাটমের প্রকৌশল বিভাগের সাথে একত্রে রিসার্কুলেশন প্ল্যান্ট প্রস্তুত করেছি এবং পাঠিয়েছি। এই সরঞ্জাম ডকুমেন্টশনের ডিজাইনার এবং প্রধান প্রযুক্তি বিষয়ক পরামর্শক আফ্রিকান্টভ ওকেবি মেকানিকাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ( আফ্রিকান্টভ ওকেবিএম জেসি)
এই প্রকল্পের যাবতীয় ডাইরেকশন সম্পন্ন করেছে আফ্রিকানটভ ওকেবিএম যার ফলে শক্তিশালী রিসার্কুলেশন প্লান্ট উডমার্ট প্রজাতন্ত্রে নির্মান করা সম্ভব হয়েছে। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের শক্তি প্রোকৌশল শিল্পে অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে। রিসার্কুলেশন প্লান্টের প্রধান প্রস্তুতকারক আইইএমপি কুপল এবং সহ প্রস্তুতকারক গ্লাজব প্লান্ট মেটালিস্ট,এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি ফ্যান প্রস্তুত করে, ইজেভেস্ক কোম্পানি জির্দোটেক এটম সেপারেটর প্রস্তুত করে।প্রথম চালানের পরেই এটি প্রমান হয়ে যায়।
শিপমেন্ট করার আগে কাজটিকে এক্সেপটেন্স কমিটি গ্রগণযগ্যতা দেয়।ইন্সটিটিউট ডেপেলপার এর প্রতিনিধিরা এবং তাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান এতে অংশগ্রহণ করে। তারা সবাই পারমানবিক শক্তি ব্যাবহারের জন্যে পন্যের মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে অনুমতি প্রদান করছে (ভিপিও যারুবেঝেন গোস্ত্রয় এবং ভিও সেফটি) এই কমিটি উচ্চস্তরের মান সম্পন্ন কাজের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছে।বিশেষ প্রযুক্তিগত প্রক্রিয়া দ্বারা কুপল একটি অরবিটাল ওয়েলডিং মেশিন এর সাহায্যে প্রযুক্তিগত পদ্ধতি,আরপি,এবং অন্যান্য সিভিলিয়ান পন্যের মান নিশ্চিত করেছে। এছাড়াও দক্ষ কর্মকর্তাগন এ বিষয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভুমিকা পালন করে।
যে সমস্ত বিশেষজ্ঞ এবং শ্রমিক আরপি গুলিকে ঝালাই করে এবং এসেম্বল করে বিশেষ সরঞ্জাম উৎপাদনের ক্ষেত্রে দুর্দান্ত অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে। তাদের বাধ্যতামূলক অনুমদিত কোর্সে অতিরিক্ত প্রশিক্ষণ,সত্যায়ন এবং পারমাণবিক সেক্টরে সরঞ্জাম পরিচালনা করার অনুমতি রয়েছে।গ্রিষ্মের আগেই রূপপুর পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের উন্নয়নে কুপলের দক্ষ কর্মিরা আরো সাতটি আরপি তৈরি ও প্রেরণ করবেন। সম্পুর্ন আইইএমপিতে ২০২১-২২ এর মধ্যে এটমস্ত্রয়এক্সপোর্ট এর সাথে চুক্তি অনুসারে ২০টি রিসারকুলেশন প্ল্যান্ট প্রস্তুত করবে।
Kupol has started shipping of new equipment for Roopur NPP
Dhaka, 22July 2021–Izhevsk electromechanical plant Kupol has shipped to its customer, Atomstroyexport company, three recirculation plants for Roopur NPP in People’s Republic of Bangladesh. This is the first part of a large order which is to be executed in the shortest time possible.
IEMP Kupol (the part of Almaz-Antey Air Defense Corporation) has produced equipment for NPPs more than five years. This is one of the main directions of diversification. Recirculation plants (RP) are a new high-technology product which will let strengthen the plant’s positions in the market of power engineering industry.
The plants are designed to maintain specified air temperature at NPPs. They work in containment area, i.e. a special containment building, where a reactor is located, and provide air cooling which is supplied to the systems responsible for the reactor operation.
The plant comprises a fan, air cooler a connector, a confusor, between them.
The plants are shipped in a dissembled condition as a set of equipment; each detail is in an individual transporting package. The equipment documentation is provided in a separate box that weighs 150 kg.
The recirculation plants were shipped from Izhevsk to the sea port in Saint-Petersburg last week. The Izhevsk equipment has a long way by sea to Chittagong port in Bangladesh. Considering shipment particulars, the recirculation plants are packed in hermetic waterproof boxes which the plant’s design service designed for that type of products specially.
Andrey Pestov, the manager of the project VentAES which is responsible for search and support of orders for the equipment for nuclear plants, says:
“We carry out manufacturing and shipment of the recirculation plants to the main order and in collaboration with Rosatom State Cooperation Engineering Division. The designer of the equipment documentation and the main counselor driving the level of technologies is Afrikantov OKB Mechanical Engineering (Afrikantov OKBM JSC).
Overall direction of the process by Afrikantov OKBM let create strong enterprises cooperation in manufacturing RPs in Udmurt Republic. The enterprises have experience in the field of power engineering industry. The principal manufacturer of the recirculation plants is IEMP Kupol and the co-executors became Glazov plant Metallist, which produces fans, and Izhevsk company GidroTechAtom, the manufacturer of separators. We achieved an impressive result. It was proved after the first shipment.”
The work of acceptance committee had been done before the shipment. The representatives of the institute-developer and the organization took part in it. They are all authorized to perform quality control of products for nuclear power usage (VPO Zarubezhenrgostroy and VO Safety). The committee confirmed the high level of the performed works. The quality was provided by technological process: the enterprise Kupol had obtained new high-performance equipment, an orbital welding machine for manufacturing of RPs and other civilian products. Besides, high qualification of the personnel played the key role. The specialists and workers, who weld and assemble RPs, have a great experience in production of special equipment. They also had additional training, obligatory attestation in the authorized organizations and got the permission to operation of equipment for nuclear sector.
The personnel of Kupol are to manufacture and ship more seven RPs to the customer for the first stage of development of Roopur NPP by the end of the summer. And on the whole IEMP should ship 20 recirculation plants under the contract with Atomstroyexport JSC during 2021-2022.

Rooppur NPP
The Rooppur NPP is a Russian-designed nuclear power plant in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The selected site for the construction of the station is located on the east bank of the Padma River, 160 km from the capital of Bangladesh, Dhaka. The Rooppur NPP is planned to be built within the framework of an intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Bangladesh, which was concluded in November 2011. In the fall of 2013, the foundation stone of the future power plant was laid. The plant will consist of two power units with VVER-type reactors, the life cycle of which is 60 years with the possibility of extension for another 20 years.
