বিডি২৪ভিউজ ডেস্ক : Moscow, 07th June 2021– বাংলদেশে নির্মিতব্য প্রথম পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের ভৌত অবকাঠামোর নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্বে নিয়োজিত ব্রিগেডিয়ার জেনারেল আবু নোমান মোঃ শিবলীর নেতৃত্বে একদল প্রতিনিধি রাশিয়ান ফেডারেশন পরিদর্শন সংক্রান্ত ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক চুক্তির অংশ হিসেবে রোসাটমের টেকনিক্যাল একাডেমি পরিদর্শন করেন। এই পরিদর্শনের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো

মিটিংয়ের শুরুতে টেকনিক্যাল একাডেমীর ভাইস রেক্টর ভ্লাদিমির আস্পিদভ কর্মকর্তাদের প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পর্কে তার অভিজ্ঞতা তুলে ধরেন । ভ্লাদিমির আস্পিদভ বলেন “রূপপুর পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের নির্মান প্রকল্পের ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক অনুযায়ী ২০২৩ সাল পর্যন্ত টেকনিক্যাল একাডেমী এই বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রে কাজ করার জন্যে প্রায় ১৪০০ বাঙ্গালী পারমানবিক বিশেষজ্ঞদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করবে । এর পাশাপাশি টেকনিক্যাল একাডেমীর আরেকটি অংশ গ্লোবাল নিউক্লিয়ার সেফটি এন্ড সিকিউরিটি ইন্সটিউট (জিএনএসএসআই) বিদেশী পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের ভৌত অবকাঠামো সুরক্ষায় বিদেশী কর্মকর্তাদের জন্যে একটি নতুন প্রশিক্ষন কোর্স চালু করেছে” ।

জিএনএসএসআই এর ডাইরেক্টর ইগোর বলোগোভ ভাষ্য অনুযায়ী বেশিরভাগ প্রশিক্ষন কোর্স গুলোতে বিভিন্ন পদ্ধতিতে এবং ভৌত সুরক্ষায় ব্যাবহৃত বিভিন্ন যন্ত্রাংশের সাহায্যে ব্যাবহারিক কাজের মাধ্যমে খোলা জায়গায় এবং ভৌত সুরক্ষার টেকনিক্যাল ফাসিলিটি সমৃদ্ধ ল্যাবরেটরীতে বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণ দেয়া হয় ।

এই টেকনিক্যাল ট্যুরে বিদেশী অতিথিগণ প্রশিক্ষণের কাজে ব্যাবহৃত বিশেষায়িত শ্রেনীকক্ষ , আউটডোর এরিয়া এবং ভৌত সুরক্ষার টেকনিক্যাল কাজে ব্যাবহৃত গবেষণাগার পরিদর্শন করেন । আধুনিক সরঞ্জাম এবং পরিমাপকারী যন্ত্রাংশ দিয়ে সজ্জিত টেস্টিং ল্যাবরেটরীর প্রতি সবার দৃষ্টি আকর্ষন করা হয় যেখানে নির্ভুল্ভাবে বাংলাদেশের ন্যায় জলবায়ু পরিস্থিতিতে কিছু বিশেষ সরঞ্জামের পরীক্ষা করা যাবে।

বাংলাদেশের প্রতিনিধিগণ জিএনএসএসআই কর্মকান্ডে আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেন । উভয় পক্ষ রূপপুর পারমানবিক বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের ভৌত অবকাঠামো সুরক্ষায় নিয়োজিত কর্মকর্তাদের প্রশিক্ষনে একমত পোষণ করেন।

Moscow, 07th June 2021–Within the framework of the visit to the Russian Federation, a delegation from the People’s Republic of Bangladesh headed by Brigadier General of the NRB Army Abu Noman Md Shibbir Ahmed, who is responsible for the creation of the physical protection system of the first nuclear power plant in Bangladesh, visited the Rosatom Technical Academy. The main goal of the visit was getting acquainted with the activities of the Technical Academy in the field of training personnel for nuclear power facilities.

Opening the meeting, the First Vice-Rector of the Technical Academy, Vladimir Aspidov, told about the Academy’s experience in the field of personnel training. “Within the framework of the Ruppur NPP construction project alone, until 2023, the Technical Academy will train about 1,400 Bengali nuclear specialists to work at the nuclear power plant. In addition, the Global Nuclear Safety and Security Institute (GNSSI), which is part of the Technical Academy, has developed new training courses for physical protection foreign personnel of foreign nuclear facilities,” Vladimir Aspidov said.

According to Egor Bologov, director of the GNSSI, most of these training courses provide for practical work with various means and devices of physical protection at a special training outdoor areas and laboratories of the complex of technical facilities of physical protection. During technical tour, the foreign guests visited specialized training classrooms, training outdoor areas and laboratories of technical means of physical protection. Attention was drawn to a testing laboratory equipped with modern equipment and measuring instruments that allow testing special products with the required accuracy, including in climatic conditions similar to the climate of Bangladesh.
Representatives of the Bangladeshi side expressed interest to the activities of the GNSSI. The parties agreed to cooperate in the training of personnel for the physical protection of the Ruppur NPP.
